3.1 All project proposals, designs,and estimates provided by the Company are for discussion purposes only until aformal contract is signed.

4.1 Payments must be made accordingto the agreed schedule in the contract.
4.2 Late payments may incur additional fees ordelay project timelines.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to suspendwork until outstanding payments are received.
5.1 All designs, drawings, sketches,concepts, and materials created by the Company remain the property of theCompany until full payment is received.
5.2 Clients may not reproduce, copy, ordistribute Company materials without explicit written permission.
6.1 The Company will performServices with reasonable care and skill.
6.2 The Company is not liable fordelays caused by third parties, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyondits control.
6.3 To the maximum extent permittedby law, the Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damagesarising from the use of its Services.
7.1 Either party may terminate theagreement by providing written notice.
7.2 Clients are responsible for payment forwork completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms are governed by the lawsof France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be resolvedin the competent courts of France.
The Company reserves the right toupdate these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediatelyupon posting on our website or distribution to the client.
